Once again, this looks like pretty good progress to me. How given this obviously visible progress can the ICC possibly say the grounds will not be ready. Looking at the most recent picture, this is a far better ground condition than we have seen from many sub-continent Test matches. Once again a different rule for the full members to the associates. Poor form ICC!
