This article by James Waindi just a reminder that we are still yet to hear from Cricket Kenya regarding this. Unusually for most articles pertaining to cricket in the local dailies, this is well written and it is clear that he has done his homework on this and taken the time to contact relevant sources. Hope we see more articles from this journalist on cricket in the future.
Nothing in the article is new, but it is still relevant. One thing missing though is the fact that is is not just financially that Kenya loses out, but also loses a great opportunity to grow the game.
